Outstanding Service – Truly Grateful!
I want to give a big thank you to Mitsubishi North Bay, especially the service department. Their service was absolutely amazing, and the people there are extremely kind and helpful.
I live in Timmins, where there is no Mitsubishi dealership. My car had a rear wheel bearing issue, and I contacted multiple dealerships both in town and out of town. I also called Sudbury, but they told me that unless I brought the car there, they could not help me with the warranty at all.
When I contacted Mitsubishi North Bay, the experience was completely different. I didn’t even ask about warranty at first. The lady in the service department asked about my car’s mileage (around 90,000 km) and immediately took the initiative to help. She was incredibly polite, professional, and caring.
She told me that since my car is under warranty, they would provide the part for free and allow me to get the repair done locally in Timmins. She even explained that they would coordinate and take care of the payment with the local shop. This saved me a lot of time, stress, and money.
I have tried many dealerships before, but this level of honesty, support, and customer care is rare. Mitsubishi North Bay truly went above and beyond.
